These Terms of sale govern subscription to Premium features offered in the VanSpot Finder application.

They apply only to users who subscribe to a paid offer.

3. Premium offer

The Premium offer gives access to additional features in the VanSpot Finder application.

The details of included features are presented in the application before subscription.

VanSpot Finder may evolve Premium features to improve the service, fix technical issues or adapt the application to user needs.

4. Price

The price of the Premium offer is displayed in the application before payment confirmation.

Prices include applicable taxes when relevant.

5. Payment through Google Play

Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play.

Payment is made through the user’s Google Play account, according to the payment methods and terms offered by Google.

VanSpot Finder does not directly collect the user’s bank card details.

6. Duration and renewal

Unless otherwise stated in the application, the Premium offer is provided as a subscription.

Duration, price, renewal terms and any trial periods are displayed by Google Play before payment confirmation.

When the subscription renews automatically, it is renewed under the terms displayed by Google Play.

7. Subscription cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their Google Play account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period unless Google Play indicates otherwise.

Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel the subscription.

8. Withdrawal and refund

Cancellation, withdrawal or refund requests related to a purchase made through Google Play are handled according to Google Play procedures and rules, without prejudice to applicable statutory consumer rights.

The Premium offer gives access to additional features but does not guarantee the availability, legality, safety, quality or suitability of any spot, car park, service or place listed in the application.

Information available in VanSpot Finder remains indicative. Users remain responsible for checking local rules, signs, access conditions and safety rules on site.

11. Service availability

VanSpot Finder endeavours to keep Premium features accessible, but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, outage or events beyond VanSpot Finder’s control.

13. Changes to the terms of sale

VanSpot Finder may amend these Terms of sale to adapt them to changes in the service, the Premium offer or regulations.
